A new residential development comprising 8 self-contained flats spanning over 7,000 sq ft of high-quality accommodation. Delivered under a JCT Design and Build contract, Matco took full responsibility for design coordination, procurement and construction delivery. The scheme required careful management of the structural package and the coordination of all MEP services across multiple residential units, with all works completed to a high specification finish throughout.
